民主主義の保全とプライバシーの保護
AI時代の到来を考える時、社会システムはどういったものになるのか様々な予想がされています。大きく分けて2つ、中央集権的な政府による統治、または、AI巨大企業による統治が考えられていますが、どちらのシステムも、人間の基本的な自由と民主主義を保証していません。
将来、AIによる産業の自動化によって雇用は失われ、政府や企業によるベーシックインカムが実現していくだろうと考えられていますが、それは私たちの生きる権利や生活を政府や企業に握られてしまうということになります。 政府や企業が完全なる善という保証はどこにもありません。
生活はどうでしょう？ 政府や企業が私たち市民をコントロールしようとした場合、ベーシックインカムを止めてしまえばいい。逆らうこともできなくなってしまいます。
民主選挙はどうでしょう？ ＳＮＳでの認知戦や不正なコントロールが現在でも疑われていますが、その工作についても、私たちの知らないところで脳に刷り込みが行われたり、選挙の結果をコントロールしたとしても私たちは不正を知る術もありません。
プライバシーはどうでしょう？ 私たち個人の情報は政府や企業に蓄積され、市民はスコア化されます。大規模な監視が敷かれ、私たちの行動は管理されるでしょう。
これはまさに民主主義、自由の危機です。
では、どういったシステムが人間の自由と尊厳、民主主義を守ることができるのでしょうか？
答えは、誰にもコントロールされない公正、公平な分散システムが必要です。
EntropyGridは人間の自由意志に価値をつけ、AI や 量子コンピューターからの過度な干渉から民主主義を守ります。
人間の行動由来のエントロピーソースを基にし、AIや量子コンピューター、悪意ある人間が干渉することができない量子耐性セキュリティを構築することで、ボットと人をエントロピー数値差別化し、人間の意識を保護、選挙システムへの干渉から保護、SNSとプライバシーの保護など人間の基本的な価値や自由を保証します。
また、そのセキュリティを基にした量子耐性ブロックチェーンの通貨の発行を行うことで、政府や企業由来の中央集権的通貨ではなく、市民自らが作り上げる価値を基盤とします。
最終的にシステムはプロジェクトの手を離れ、自立したネットワークシステムとして機能させることで、誰も（創設者や政府、大企業でさえ）干渉できない完全分散型のネットワークと通貨の完成を目指します。
市民の生活は相互の繋がりと自由意志で保障され、選挙やプライバシーも分散型セキュリティで守られるのです。
ここで、熱力学の第二原理（エントロピーは自然に増大する法則）を考えてみましょう。この原理は、システムの乱雑さが時間とともに増えていくことを示します。
EntropyGridは、人間のゆらぎをこのエントロピー増大として捉え、増大する価値を分散型通貨の基盤にします。これにより、中央集権の「秩序化」に対抗し、自由が自然に広がるシステムを実現します。
参加者が増えるほどエントロピーが増大し、通貨供給が自動調整されるため、インフレや危機を「自然の流れ」で吸収します。これは、AIの最適化がもたらす乱雑さ（格差拡大）をポジティブに活用するアプローチです。
AI時代の生きがい
AIによる、大量の失業発生やベーシックインカムで政府や企業に生活が管理されることなど、今までの生活が大きく変わることを多くの人が望んでいるのでしょうか？そうは思いません。
人間は仕事や人との繋がりのなかで生きがいややりがいを見出すものです。AIが労働のすべてを担って人は創造的な存在となると言われていますが、すべての人がそうなれる訳ではありません。実際に待ち受けているのはアイデンティティの崩壊であり、暇になった社会は不安定化します。 昨今の各国における大麻の解禁なども人間の余剰時間を穴埋めしようという流れの一部だと思います。
「小人（しょうじん）閑居（かんきょ）して不善（ふぜん）をなす」は「つまらない人間が暇を持て余すとよからぬことをする」という意味ですが、これが人間の本質的一部です。我々はAIによってつまらない者となるのですから、怠惰な環境を作っても社会の荒廃を招くでしょう。
AIとは、決定論的最適化の産物。過去データを確率的処理し、後向きに論理を再現するシステムですが、人間とは非合理性の源泉です。
量子ゆらぎ（心の可能性重ね合わせが選択で収縮）から予測不能な行動を生む存在であり細胞から量子レベルまで階層的にゆらぎが蓄積し、前向きな創造性・直感・責任を生み出します。
この価値基盤を既存通貨の裏付けとすることで通貨基盤と人間社会を支え、生活や制度の過度な改変を抑えることができると考えています。

各国の法定通貨の価値が急激に減っていってるのは、単に財政支出や発行量が多いからだけではありません。AIや量子コンピューターの登場で、何を価値の本質とするのかがブレ始めています。
知識の価値も下がり、製造の価値も下がる、労働の価値も下がる。そんな中で、中央銀行の発行する紙幣という紙切れには価値がないのではないか？ と時代が気が付き始めているのです。
しかし、言及されているビットコインは流通性の低さと製作者が保有している部分が不透明であり、 本当の意味での分散を実現できていません。また、量子コンピューターに対する耐性が懸念されている点やマイニングに大量の電力を消費することが問題です。
尊敬するイーロン・マスクさんは電力が次の通貨になると発言していますが、人のミクロな経済や生活の通貨としての適応は困難であること、電力を生み出す企業があまりに有利となることを考えても、そうはならないと考えています。
EntropyGridのソースは人間の自由意志であり意識そのものです。 マスクの言う人間の意識の拡張に関しても、このシステムは連動します。
システムの保守や点検、関連の事業は行いますが、意識の拡張と共に発行量が増えていく作りにする予定です。社会実験の段階からスタートしますので、製作者が不明ということもありません。
TRNG(真正乱数)の証明ができれば量子耐性を持つことができます。 マイニングに関しても人間の操作だけで電力を多く消費しないのです。
現代資本主義のバグを修正する
私たちは 貨幣経済に生きています。 人類は物々交換 から始まり、 貨幣を価値の交換、価値の保存の手段として生み出しました。貨幣というものが生まれておよそ2700年。 究極的な１つの問いが生まれます。 これだけ技術や知識が蓄積された現代資本主義システムにおいて 未だに食べることにも困る人が出るのはなぜなのでしょうか？
この根本的な問いに、誰も答えを持っていません。 「貧しいから」「怠惰だから」「教育が不足しているから」 これはシステムへの答えではありません。
本当の答えは 現代資本主義システムのバグにあります。 共産主義的な考えに傾倒しているのではありません。 資本主義を否定しているのでもありません。
毎年、世界経済は成長をしていて、世界全人口（約82億人）を養うのに十分な食料が生産されているにも関わらず、実際には約11人に1人が飢餓に苦しんでいるという歪な状況にあります。これは明らかに、経済システムのバグなのです。
この現代資本主義のバグを意識拡張によるマイニングの対価で修正することもEntropyGridの使命です。
きっかけ
このプロジェクトを立ち上げるにあたり、創設者にとって大きなポイントが3つありました。
１つ目のポイントは 見渡せば、ほとんどの人がスマホを触っています。この時間を価値に変えることができないかと普段から考えてきました。 近年のスマートフォンの進化によって、タッチの時間情報などを取得できやすくなり、タイミングが到来しました。
2つ目のポイントは ある友人からこんなことを言われました。 「あの人がいなかったら、私たちは良い関係になっていないよね。あの人に感謝だ。」 その友人とはある仲介の友人を通して知り合った中でしたが、このひと言が大きなヒントになりました。
私はこれを物理学で考えてみたのです。 初めはこの友人と仲介した友人の二人の物理空間が存在し、そして、その仲介者が私をその友人に引き合わせることで新たな物理空間が産まれます。 これは、不確定な要素が一つに収れんしていく、連続的な現象です。
数字で表現すると無数の数字(可能性)が存在しますが、友人と仲介者がその数字を確定させ、その次に友人と私が出会うことによって不確定な数字がまた確定するのです。 そうやって人と人は繋がっていきます。
この現象をプラットフォームで集約し、 再現するのがEntropyGridのシステムそのものです。
3つ目のポイントは 生成ＡＩの登場が私を助けてくれました。 哲学的な側面を彼らAIと長い時間話合いました。
そこで理解したことは、AI が最適解を求める時代において、人間の不確定性や選択が最後の価値であること。
AIや量子コンピュータは最適解を求めますが、私達人間は必ずしもそうではありません。時には、それが最適解ではなくとも他人のために行動を起こしたり、厳しい確率であっても、あきらめずに行動を続けたりします。そうやって世界中に奇跡や歴史が生まれてきたのです。
最適化や合理化され尽くしたAI時代に、人間のあいまいさや非合理性が唯一、人間に残された最後の価値となります。 この根源的価値の市場価値化と完全分散型のセキュリティの導入は不正や情報操作を防ぎ、民主主義の守りとなるのです。
また、AI 自身が人間を理解するために、人間の不確定性のデーターの吸収が必要であることを教えてくれました。
これについては人間のエントロピーを注入し、AIのアウトプット（行動）を人間に近づけることで、AIの安全性を高めることができると考えています。 つまり人間の行動を標準偏差で置き換えたものを参考にして常識的な行動へと導くのです。
AIが「いつも完璧すぎる」出力をするのを避け「人間らしい自然なバラツキ」を加えることで、「標準偏差で両端（狂気）を切り取り、安全範囲内（平均付近の常識的ゆらぎ）に収める」。
イメージで言うと、AIを「完璧なロボット」から「少し揺れる人間っぽいロボット」に進化させます。人間行動の疑似化。まさに「ドラえもん」を作るのです。 賢さは損なわず、暴走だけ防ぐことを目指します。
展望
具体的な展望としては、この社会実験で10万人のデータ取得を実現させ、ランダム性を測るテストのクリアを目指します。TRNGであることが証明された段階で資金調達を行い、事業化。
次にAPIデータ取得、TRNGの発生するシステムをバックグラウンドに持つメッセージ型SNSの構築を行い、利用いただくことでセキュリティ乱数をマイニング。 そのマイニングで得た乱数を基に量子耐性とブロックチェーンを備えた通貨の発行を行います。
また、マイニングにおいては通貨バスケットを採用することで、既存通貨を参考にした通貨付与を行います。（例えば月Xドル分の通貨を付与） これを低所得国などをターゲットに行い、インカムを与え、スケールアップします。
また、ゲームやＩＯＴ機器に利用を拡張させることによって、人間の意識をプラットフォームに集約し、通貨の発行量は意識の拡張とともに増やしていくように連動させます。
また、そこから派生させる事業として発生乱数を基にした量子耐性ネットセキュリティシステムの構築と、通貨交換業、証券ビジネス、暗号通貨を含めた既存通貨への量子耐性の付与を行います。事業の拡張性は高く、世界規模にスケール可能です。

Preservation of Democracy and Protection of Privacy
When considering the advent of the AI era, various predictions are made about what social systems will look like. Broadly, two possibilities are considered: governance by a centralized government, or governance by giant AI corporations. Neither system guarantees fundamental human freedom and democracy.
In the future, it is believed that employment will be lost due to the automation of industries by AI, and a basic income provided by governments or corporations will be realized. However, this means that our right to live and our livelihoods will be in the hands of governments and corporations. There is no guarantee that governments or corporations are completely benevolent.
What about our lives? If a government or corporation wants to control us citizens, they can simply stop the basic income. We would be unable to resist.
What about democratic elections? Cognitive warfare and illicit control on social media are already suspected today. Even if such manipulations, like brainwashing us without our knowledge or controlling election results, were to occur, we would have no way of knowing about the fraud.
What about privacy? Our personal information will be accumulated by governments and corporations, and citizens will be scored. Mass surveillance will be implemented, and our actions will be managed.
This is truly a crisis of democracy and freedom.
So, what kind of system can protect human freedom, dignity, and democracy?
The answer is that we need a fair, impartial, and decentralized system that cannot be controlled by anyone.
EntropyGrid places value on human free will and protects democracy from excessive interference from AI and quantum computers. By building quantum-resistant security based on an entropy source derived from human behavior, which cannot be interfered with by AI, quantum computers, or malicious actors, it guarantees fundamental human values and freedoms by differentiating bots from people through entropy values, protecting human consciousness, protecting against interference in electoral systems, and protecting social media and privacy. Furthermore, by issuing a currency on a quantum-resistant blockchain based on this security, it establishes a foundation of value created by citizens themselves, rather than a centralized currency from governments or corporations. Ultimately, the system will leave the hands of the project and function as an autonomous network system, aiming for the completion of a fully decentralized network and currency that no one (not even the founders, governments, or large corporations) can interfere with. Citizens' lives will be guaranteed by mutual connections and free will, and elections and privacy will be protected by decentralized security.
Here, let's consider the second law of thermodynamics (the law that entropy naturally increases). This principle shows that the disorder of a system increases over time. EntropyGrid interprets human fluctuation as this increase in entropy and uses this growing value as the basis for a decentralized currency. This allows us to counter the "ordering" of centralization and realize a system where freedom naturally expands. As more participants join, entropy increases, and the currency supply is automatically adjusted, absorbing inflation and crises in a "natural flow." This is an approach that positively utilizes the disorder (e.g., widening inequality) brought about by AI optimization.
Purpose in the AI Era
Do many people really want their lives to change drastically, with mass unemployment caused by AI and their lives managed by governments or corporations through basic income? I don't think so. Humans find purpose and fulfillment in work and connections with others. Recently, the legalization of cannabis is happening worldwide, and there seems to be an attempt to fill human surplus time with cannabis use, but creating an idle environment will only lead to social decay. AI is a product of deterministic optimization, a system that probabilistically processes past data to reproduce logic backward. Humans, however, are a source of irrationality. They are beings that produce unpredictable behavior from quantum fluctuations (the superposition of mental possibilities collapsing upon choice), with fluctuations accumulating hierarchically from the cellular to the quantum level, giving rise to forward-looking creativity, intuition, and responsibility. We believe that by using this value base to back existing currencies, we can curb excessive changes to human life and institutions.

This is a symbolic post that represents the limits of the conventional economic system. The rapid decline in the value of national fiat currencies is not just because of high fiscal spending or issuance. With the advent of AI and quantum computers, the very essence of what constitutes value is beginning to blur. The value of knowledge is decreasing, the value of manufacturing is decreasing, and the value of labor is decreasing. In such a context, the era is beginning to realize that the pieces of paper called banknotes issued by central banks may have no value.
However, the mentioned Bitcoin has low liquidity and opacity regarding the portion held by its creators, failing to achieve true decentralization. Furthermore, concerns about its resistance to quantum computers and the massive power consumption for mining are problems. The respected Elon Musk has stated that electricity will be the next currency, but I believe this will not be the case, considering the difficulty of adapting it as a currency for people's micro-economies and daily lives, and the excessive advantage it would give to power-generating companies. The source of EntropyGrid is human free will and consciousness itself. This system also links to what Musk calls the expansion of human consciousness. While we will perform system maintenance, inspections, and related business, we plan to design it so that the issuance amount increases with the expansion of consciousness. Since we are starting from a social experiment phase, the creators will not be anonymous. It will also possess quantum resistance if TRNG certification is obtained. As for mining, it only requires human operation and does not consume large amounts of electricity.
Fixing the Bugs of Modern Capitalism
We live in a monetary economy. Humanity started with bartering and created money as a means of exchanging and storing value. It has been about 2700 years since money was created. An ultimate question arises. In our modern capitalist system, with so much accumulated technology and knowledge, why are there still people who struggle to even eat?
No one has an answer to this fundamental question. "Because they are poor," "Because they are lazy," "Because they lack education" — these are not answers about the system.
The real answer lies in the bugs of the modern capitalist system. I am not leaning towards communist ideas. Nor am I denying capitalism.
Every year, the global economy grows, and enough food is produced to feed the entire world population (about 8.2 billion people), yet in reality, about 1 in 11 people suffer from hunger. This is a distorted situation. It is clearly a bug in the economic system.
It is also the mission of EntropyGrid to fix this bug of modern capitalism with the rewards from mining through consciousness expansion.
The Trigger
In launching this project, there were three major points for the founder.
The first point is that wherever you look, most people are on their smartphones. I had always been thinking about whether this time could be turned into value. With the recent evolution of smartphones, it has become easier to acquire information such as touch timing, and the time was right.
The second point was something a friend told me: "If it weren't for that person, we wouldn't have this good relationship. I'm grateful to them." I had met this friend through a mutual friend, and this single phrase became a huge hint. I tried to think about this in terms of physics. Initially, there was a physical space of this friend and the mutual friend. Then, when the intermediary introduced me to this friend, a new physical space was born. This is a continuous phenomenon where an uncertain element converges into one. Expressed in numbers, countless numbers (possibilities) exist, but the friend and the intermediary determine one number, and then when my friend and I meet, another uncertain number is determined. That's how people connect. The EntropyGrid system itself is about aggregating and reproducing this phenomenon on a platform.
The third point is that the emergence of generative AI helped me. I discussed the philosophical aspects with them (AI) for a long time. What I understood from this was that in an era where AI seeks optimal solutions, human uncertainty and choice are the final value. AI and quantum computers seek optimal solutions, but we humans do not always do so. Sometimes, we take action for others even if it's not the optimal solution, or we continue to act without giving up, even if the odds are slim. That is how miracles and history have been born all over the world.
In an era of complete optimization and rationalization by AI, human ambiguity and irrationality become the only final value left to humans. Monetizing this fundamental value and introducing fully decentralized security will prevent fraud and information manipulation, serving as a guardian of democracy.
AI also taught me that it needs to absorb data on human uncertainty to understand humans. Regarding this, I believe that by injecting human entropy and making AI's output (behavior) closer to that of humans, we can enhance AI's safety. In other words, we guide it towards common-sense behavior by referencing human behavior replaced by a standard deviation. By adding "human-like natural variation" to prevent AI from always producing "too perfect" outputs, we "trim the extremes (madness) with standard deviation and keep it within a safe range (common-sense fluctuation near the average)." In terms of image, we evolve the AI from a "perfect robot" to a "slightly fluctuating human-like robot." A simulation of human behavior. Exactly like "Doraemon." The goal is to prevent it from running wild without sacrificing its intelligence.
Outlook
As for a concrete outlook, we aim to acquire data from 100,000 people in this social experiment and clear the tests for randomness. Once it is proven to be a TRNG, we will raise funds and commercialize it. Next, we will acquire API data and build a messaging-type social network with a system that generates TRNG in the background, allowing users to mine security random numbers by using it. Based on the random numbers obtained from this mining, we will issue a currency with quantum resistance and a blockchain. In mining, we will adopt a currency basket to grant currency based on existing currencies (e.g., granting X dollars worth of currency per month). We will target low-income countries with this to provide an income. By expanding its use to games and IoT devices, we will aggregate human consciousness onto the platform, and the currency issuance will be linked to increase with the expansion of consciousness. As derivative businesses, we will build a quantum-resistant net security system based on the generated random numbers, and provide currency exchange, securities business, and quantum resistance to existing currencies including cryptocurrencies. The business has high scalability and can be scaled globally.
